Hailed as "one of Brisbane's best wine bars" (Urban List), the Wine & Larder is fast becoming an Ashgrove institution under the passionate stewardship of Sommelier Mark Whitaker.

With a hand-picked & constantly rotating list of 100 wines, over 30 by the glass, local craft beer on tap, and a Euro-inspired small plates menu, the Wine & Larder is everything you need in a neighbourhood haunt.

The venue, with its elegant Parisian-inspired design and al-fresco arcade dining, has been a local favourite since it first opened in 2017. As locals living just five minutes down the road, owners Mark Whitaker and Leah Shelton are proud to offer a welcoming space for innovative & delicious wine & food as well as friendly, knowledgeable & welcoming service.

The wine list has something for everyone, from boundary-pushing new-wave wines to traditional old-school drops from Australian and international producers. We believe in providing our guests with a wine experience that shows the diversity that wine can offer from both a varietal & regional point of view.

The venue also plays host to Mark's series of wine education events 'Grape Sense' held on Sunday afternoons every couple of months where he guides guests through a specific wine region.
